On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, we hosted a tour of our EPIC Recovery Center and Medication Assisted Recovery Services (MARS) for Rep. Sam Greco, the Representative for Florida’s House District 19.
During his visit, he posed for a photo with our CEO, Nangela Pulsfus, and EPIC board member Virginia S. Morgan, who is a former president of the board. The check shown in the photo represents the legislative funding awarded to EPIC in June 2025 to support women in recovery. The money will fund residential services for women, providing crucial support and resources for those striving to overcome substance use and rebuild their lives. We appreciated Rep. Sam Greco’s support during this past session. His sponsorship played a crucial role in helping us secure funding, underscoring the significance of community partnerships in fostering recovery and empowering individuals on their paths to improved health and stability.
