Many people are bullied, especially those in their teenage years. But many times, people are not sure how to speak up or speak out against bullying.
There are three different individuals in a bullying situation: the victim, the bully, and the bystanders. Each of these individuals are affected differently when it comes to bullying.
Another important aspect when it comes to bullying is self esteem. Self esteem is important because when someone feels accepted they are less likely to bully someone else. Our self esteem is effected when we are bullied because the negative words that are told to us stick with us in to the future.
We have put together materials on how to spot a bully, what to do if you are being bullied, how to handle situations if you are being bullied, and different ways to boost your self esteem.
