EPIC Behavioral Healthcare is committed to enhancing the quality of services in St. Johns County through professional development of substance use and mental health best practices. We strive to ensure that our team of counselors and practitioners competent and ethical in their work, and skilled in meeting the needs of our community. Additionally, we allow staff to attend off-site trainings when applicable, as well as offer monthly trainings and staff development activities, to help combat compassion fatigue.
Our Medical Staff
We are proud to have an experienced and competent medical staff that plays a major role in the daily care we provide. Our medical staff consists of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses, all who are specifically trained in substance use and mental health fields. Each bring a unique strength and talent to our clients and to our company. We take pride in knowing our providers maintain a level of professionalism with the quality and efficiency one would expect their own families to have.
We recognize the importance of a positive, successful relationship between our clients and staff members. Our customer service representatives are more than happy to schedule you an appointment to meet with us, discuss your health care needs, and more forward into creating a care plan that’s tailored just for you. If you’re new to the area, or just visiting our Old City, we’re here to help.
At our North Campus, we have both our Counseling Center and our Prevention Unit. Both teams are comprised of mental health and substance use treatment providers including outpatient counselors, licensed nurse practitioners, psychologists and psychiatrists. Together, we offer a collaborative model of care that focuses on the person as a whole. We hope you find our staff to be helpful, friendly and courteous while providing you with the excellent care that we strive for on a daily basis.
