Medication Management & Evaluations

EPIC Behavioral Healthcare offers psychiatric services for children, adolescents and adults. The psychiatric services are provided by Dr. Jared T. Ritter and Angel Epstein, ARNP.

Medication Management Services provided for Teens/Adolescents include:

About our Providers

Dr. Jared T. Ritter studied psychology at Toccoa Falls College and Biochemistry at the Florida State University. He completed medical school at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his postgraduate medical education at University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine with residency training in Psychiatry and a two-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
He maintains a voluntary faculty position as a Clinical Teaching Assistant with the University of Hawaii’s Department of Psychiatry and is also an Associate Clinical Professor at The Florida State University College of Medicine.
Angel Epstein is an ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) as well as a registered nurse and clinical social worker. She has over 15 years experience working with mental health and substance abuse issues. While at EPIC, Angel will work with children, adolescents and adults offering psychiatric assessments and medication management. She received her bachelors in nursing and  her masters in clinical social work from the University of Central Florida, and a masters in nursing from Vanderbuilt University. She was licensed as an ARNP in 2008.
